Keyboard shortcut for selecting in popup lists?

I can easily navigate to a cell column that has a popup list with the keyboard but can't seem to find a way to pop up the list and select an item from it. Anyone know of a way?

The space bar will open the pop up list, then you can use the arrow keys to move around it.

Wonderful. Where can I find a list of all keyboard commands/shortcuts for OmniOutliner?

Under the Help menu in OmniOutliner there is a Keyboard Commands link that will open a list for you. If you find something missing, please let me know.

This is actually a feature of Full Keyboard Access in OS X and not specific to OmniOutliner per se
