TinyURL service doesn't work in OW

The “TinyURL Service”, which can be downloaded and run from the Services menu in Services-aware apps does not work in OW 5.1sp

It works in Safari 4.0b1

With the service installed, you can highlight a URL (as in the address field) and choose one of 3 commands, all of which shorten the selected URL via TinyURL and put this on the clipboard, so you can paste it into a Tweet or Email.

With OW, nothing happens at all.

I use the TinyURL script available on their website using the "Make toolbar button" link available here (http://tinyurl.com/#toolbar).

Put it in the favorites bar, click and highlight the address bar, and then click the script, and voila! It creates the tinyurl and puts it in the clipboard.

Don't know if this is what you were looking for, but it works just fine for me on 5.10sp.

1. the bookmarklet takes you to the tinyurl site, the service doesn't

2. you need to select the link from the web page and copy it. As the website says about the auto-copy: "This no longer works for those who have upgraded to Flash 10."
