RSS feeds only report new threads, not new posts

I think that Omni could change their external.php file to support this, which would make RSS feeds much, much more useful!

It would also be good to be able to subscribe to a thread ... and thus receive notification of replies to the post without having to have made a "me too" type post in the thread.
