Why?

If I create one task for 1d my task lasts for 1 day.

If I add a resource (staff = Me) and assign it to the task it lasts 1 day.

If I reduce my efficiency to 50% the task now lasts 2 days (I get that).

If I add another resource (equipment = Meeting Room; why can't I add an address for the location of equipment, I wonder?) the duration becomes 5.25h; that's the first meeting I heard of that increased efficiency :rolleyes:

If I increase my efficiency to 100% (oh, in fact I can't do that because it becomes 10,000% - sorry, if I increase my efficiency to 1) then duration is now 4 hours - how exactly did 5.25h become 4h I wonder :eek:

So 'Plan thinks Equipment is the same as labour and applies 2 (or 200%, or 20,000% depending upon something or other) "effort" to the Task.

Maybe if I change the Meeting Room resource from Equipment to Materials; woops, no. Now I have a resource conflict (2 Meeting Rooms assigned and only 1 available).

Tried to unassign then resasign the resource and got the spinning beachball of Not Responding/Force Quit :confused:

Hmmmm....maybe not, just yet.
