Warning encountered while loading XML.

I just upgraded my Mac to OS X 10.6.3 and since then I'm unable to start Omnifocus (Version 1.7.5 / Revision: 121031). I'm getting the error message as stated in the title.

I also tried to revert to a Database backup but I'm getting the same message when starting up. I also moved away the whole Cache dir (~/Library/Caches/com.omnigroup.OmniFocus) but it didn't help either.

My console shows the following messages:
