Retention of Completed Actions / Projects

As a new migrant from Things I have a concern!!

By the time I have completed some Projects and Actions there will be a wealth of information in the Notes section that I would not want to lose and may wish to refer to.

How long are completed Projects and Actions kept or is there a way of saving the information?

They are kept indefinitely -- the only way they go away is either by deleting the completed items, or using the Archive function.
