Line connection only to outside of shape?

Hmm. If I try to connect two magnets on the same shape, I'm forced to have them connect to the "outside". This makes some figures harder to do than I would like. Might be nice to have an option for "allow connections through inside of shape" or so ...

I just ran across the problem. I wanted to place dividers inside a rounded square vertical box to divide text. No can do with the line tool.

Has this changed?

If you place magnets on the shape, you can connect a line directly to the magnets and get the desired result:
