iCal Import doesn't recognize workday?

I just built a little test project with resources wherein I defined the work week as M-F 9-12 and 1-6. I then exported it to an .ics file and imported it into a calendar. My schedule items all run continuously 24 hours a day and don't seem to recognize my work week schedule as defined. What could I be missing?

One event per task, did the other one and it works! Thanks for the clue.
