Duplicates when syncing with iCal

I setup a context to sync with iCal and every time I sync with iCal I am seeing the items duplicate. As part of this the new items have the project they are assigned to as part of there name. In the end I get the duplicate in both iCal and Omnifocus.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction around this issue?
Also does anyone know if you can force off the project name in the iCal sync?

Kris, this generally happens when OmniFocus isn't the only other application that's syncing with iCal. For more info, check this thread (http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=10835).
