Another Licensing Question

My Mac Pro has Omnigraffle Pro 3 and OmniPlan that came bundled with the machine.

I now have the need to use Omnigraffle Pro 5. But I want to use this on my macbook. Can I use this bundled license, and use the upgrade option to buy the new version of this software.

I plan to only run this on my laptop. However, if I wanted to use the upgrade and have it on my desktop, too; what would be Fair Use?

You're correct - the bundled applications are only licensed for use on that specific hardware, but they can be used as the basis for an upgrade, and the upgraded license works just fine on your various Macs.
