I edited the outline document as I was taking notes for a lecture the other day. After the lecture was done, I closed the app and didn’t think anything of it. Today, upon wanting to upload the lecture to OO for Mac, everything I typed was gone, and the default outline form staring back at me. Any suggestions as to what happened, and if I can get the notes back? Additionally, if this is a bug and what I can do to make sure this never happens again?
