Disable Scrolling text ?

I cannot find a main preference of site preference to disable JavaScripted scrolling text. Is there a way around this? Perhaps something i can enter in my style sheet?

It doesn't sound like this is something you can customize. You could try turning JavaScript off altogether (Via the Security site preference pane) for the site but this may break some functionality.
