Keyboard shortcuts for Utilities drawer

I'm working with a large number of canvases and layers, and I'd like to know if there are keyboard shortcuts for the following:

Expand/collapse canvas (to expose the layers)
Expand/collapse ALL canvases
Lock/unlock layer
Lock/unlock ALL layers
