nudging me towards insanity!

Ok, I've been working on a project now for weeks in omnigraffle. This entire time I would swear that selecting an object and pressing the arrow key would move it one "unit" while holding the shift key down and using the arrow would move it ten or so "units". Now those two are reversed. Its making me crazy!

Can anyone please tell me how to fix it? I searched through preferences and didn't see anything helpful.

You have turned snap to grid off - the action of the input is inverted when you do this. Turn it back on, and the prior actions will occur.
