export, copy/paste or drag

Has anyone found a way to export, copy/paste, or drag information from OF to a text file? I am going to use OF, but I would love to know that I'll always be able to get my information out of the program.

I would also like to be able to paste into OF from other list text and from rows selected in OO.

I'm still stuck on this one. Why is it that you can copy and paste one line, but you cant select multiple lines and copy and paste? It would be good to be able to select a project or a context and copy and paste into email. Better yet, it would be good to be able to use either quicksilver or the services menu to fire off an email.

I use an @agenda context heavily. I would like to be able to email agenda items prior to a meeting.

Feature Request: The ability to get text out of OmniFocus.
— copy and paste into another application
— using the services menu to send to email
— having a send to email button
— drag to another application i.e. drag rows to omnioutliner
— export to plain text or RTF
