Mixed midpoints?

Hi,
This may just be my inexperience with Omnigraffle coming through, but is there any way of having mixed midpoints on a line? I often need a line which has sharp corners and also a curve. At the moment I am creating two or more lines and joining them up. However it makes things very un-Omnigraffically complicated when I want to edit the new line.

You can do this by putting two midpoints at exactly the same location. This will make a sharp corner at that point. It's still a little awkward when you want to move that midpoint, but it should be nicer than connecting lines to lines, I think.
