Yes, I believe the latest version of Image Tricks allows you to do this:

I have found Image Tricks to be a (nearly) perfect companion to Omnigraffle. You need not save any files. Make your manipulations in IT and copy and paste into OG.

Having a lot of RAM helps. :)
