Is it possible to tranfer Omnigraffle diagramms into Powerpoint and how?

You can export them as JPEGs and import them into Powerpoint.
- Choose Export from the File menu in OG. Choose JPEG from the popup menu. You may have to experiment with different settings in terms of resolution and so on depending on your diagram.
- And in PP go to the Insert menu and choose Picture and then From File.
If you have Keynote, you can use the Keynote Linkback (http://www.linkbackproject.org/) plug-in to have editable OmniGraffle images in your Keynote projects.
If you need to maintain the transparency of your images in Powerpoint, export as PNG instead of JPEG.

Indeed! PNG is a very good option (For PPT 2004, PPT X has issues with PNG transparency unfortunately).
