Export to image file problem

I'm a new user of Omniplan, and I really like its ease of use - but having just completed my first project plan, I'm trying to export it to an image format (jpeg/tiff). I can export the outline view but when I try to export gantt or outline with gantt views, I just get a 'cannot be saved' error message.

What am I doing wrong?

Does this happen in every project? Try creating a new project and exporting that to jpeg/tiff.

If it only happens in a particular project file, could you send it in to omniplan@omnigroup.com?
