Script Menu?

The help says that there is a 'Script Menu' but I can't find one.
How can I add the 'Script Menu' on the menu.

Although this thread (http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=231&highlight=script+menu) was about the equivalent issue in OmniWeb, the same applies for OmniGraffle. The documentation is out of date for 10.4. The script menu is/should no longer a part of individual apps and is instead available as a menu extra. To display it, use Applescript Utility in the /Applications/Applescript/ folder.
