Filter Projects with Due Dates

Is there a way or can I make a feature request... I would like to from the project view be able to filter out projects that do not have a current task that is due (meaning Today or past due).

Have you tried grouping by Due date, then closing the sections for future due date?

Thanks. Yes I have and that is serviceable but I would like to have the projects in the project pane filter out to. I have many projects so filter out the ones with just due items would help me to...focus. Does that make sense? I guess what I am looking for is an option in the Projects drop down that has the same settings as the Task filter with All, Next, Available, Remaining and Completed.
