Can't change format of 'completed' actions

Hi there

I wish to change the font of completed actions from helvetica to Lucida Grande.

So I call up the font panel via cmd-t and select Lucida Grande 11pt.

I can see the change take place in the OF window.

I close the window and save changes when prompted, then re-open but completed actions are still in Helvetica 12pt.

Any clues? This only happens with completed actions. I am able to reformat all other action styles.
