I have two folders...
Work with work projects
and Home with Home projects.
When I am focused on my Home folder, due numbers for due actions in my work folder still appear... and visa versa.
I believe this to be a bug.
If you would like to see this behavior changed, please submit this to OmniFocus. As they prioritize their fixes by number of people submitting problems.
