Formatting in OOP

Hi forum

I'm newbie of OOP.

I missing in preferences to define formating of new topics and subtopic in new files.

Type of characters
Colour of characters
Size of characters

and so on.

Or must I use a specially workflow.

I would use big black charakters for topics and smaller characters for subtopic.
