Is there a definitive guide to:
1) Exactly when an action is included in the "red number tally"? I'm finding the behavior inconsistent and a bit confusing.
2) The rules for the various text color/display styles?
Please don't answer unless you Really Know For Sure. My brain hungers for definitive semantics. I can make educated guesses with the best of them. :)
