When, where, and why do Action names suddenly turn italics? I can't make heads or tails of this.

When, where, and why do Action names suddenly turn italics? I can't make heads or tails of this.

Normally italics show unavailable actions. An action can be unavailable if it's not the first action in a sequential project, if it is in a context that does not permit next actions, if it does not have a context, or if it has a start date that has not arrived (including a start date inherited from a pending project).

I think that exhausts the possibilities. If you have actions that should be available that are turning italic, you should report the bug.
