Web Inspector Not Working

I'm attempting to use the web inspector, but it doesn't seem to want to work.

I right click on things, hit Inspect Element...and nothing happens.

I can't get it to fail on elements in this Omnigroup forum. I'm on Tiger. Maybe it's a Leopard issue.

It's working fine for me in Leopard. I tested it on a dozen different elements, it always comes up fine.

Perhaps relaunching OmniWeb helps solve the problem?
