Contexts added in content window not showing up

When I add a context in the content window, while typing in a new task, it doesn't show up in the "Contexts" view or in the Contexts folder. However, they do appear in the Context drop-down menu in the content window.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

You likely have set the Context View Bar to show Active Contexts, rather than Available Contexts. Active Contexts are just those that have available actions. If there are no available actions for a context, the context is hidden.
