Insert jpg? Or link to it?

Is there some way I can insert an image into an action or a note? Or even link to an image file?

Drag & drop works fine to create a link to an image. It even shows the image inline.

Thanks. I'd been trying to drag and drop from iPhoto, which doesn't work. Dragging from Finder does. Two questions:

1) Is there a way to drag and drop from iPhoto?

2) Is there a way to resize a photo in OmniFocus or reduce it to an icon so it opens up on command?
