Incorrectly-sized popup windows

I noticed that on my site, when I use a popup window it's not the correct size in OW. There is a large area of black at the bottom, i.e. the window is too tall.

In Web Kit and FF, it's perfect. In Safari, the window is actually a bit too small (it shows scrollbars).

Same here. For me, it's adding the exact height of the toolbar. When I show the toolbar (and address and bookmarks bars) I still don't get a scroll bar.
