Bug? Project moved from Completed to Active Remains Crossed Off

I just recently moved one of my completed projects back to active. It's active and I can add tasks to it... but it remains crossed off (line through it).

Is the green check-mark gone? That sounds like a bug. Be sure to report it using Help --> Send Feedback.

yes. the green check is gone and it is still crossed off. I will submit the bug.
