If you mean Shadow Plan you could take advantage of the fact that Omnioutliner can save ShadowPlan XML, and use one of the scripts on this forum that allow you to move data between OF and OO.

For exporting from Omnifocus to Omnioutliner, you can try this (http://web.mac.com/robinfrancistrew/Site/OF2Omnioutliner.html).

You can import an 003 file into OF through OF's File/Import menu item.
