How did Omni make those cool looking pink rays in their OF picture on the main site? How do you do such a think? PS? If so, how?

Did it in about a minute in Photoshop. I built a box of vertical stripes (black and white) and did a polar coordinates on them. Toss in some radial gradients, a hue/sat colorize layer and bake at 350. Garnish with icon (backed by a glow). ;)
