Sorry not to be answering your questions, but if you're taking the jump from a PC to Mac, I've gotta ask if you've seen the performance differences between the MacBook Air and other Apple notebooks?

It works great for me! I really don't see any difference in speed on the Air; unless you're doing heavy video editing or protein folding or something, I don't understand why you would need gobs of power.

You might try using OmniWeb sometime ;) I can get it to bring my MBP 2.33 to its knees.
