Anyone tried making business cards?

It's just an idea! I want to make some cards to give to the students next year. In the past I've used "Print Explosion (http://www.novadevelopment.com/Products/us/pnm/default.aspx)" and "Business Card Composer (http://www.belightsoft.com/products/composer/overview.php)", neither of which was quite there. Now I have OGPro it's time to go to town.
So. Any one tried it? I need some tips like...

Do I do one card and get multiple copies to print on the cardstock?
Do I make a template of the multiple copies and print it in one go?
Can I make the template (as above) and just do one card, the others updating automatically (like a master canvas on a smaller scale)

You may want to try designing and orderiing your cards online. Home printers are far inferior to to the industrial presses used for professional printing. You may want to take a look at http://www.business-cards.com.
