How to put stencils in sub-folders

Can one create sub-folders, under the Stencils drop down menu?

Current:
Under Stencils in the main tool bar, there are category folders of stencil types, such as Software which then contains GUI Stencil.

Desired:
Can one create custom category folders, and have them appear as drop down folders in the Stencils toolbar menu?
