Table of Contents

Hello folks,
I can't find a simple, clean way of creating a table of contents using an outline in Oo. Exporting to Word is a pain, and doesn't seem to work especially well. Ideally, I would like to take all the Level 1 rows and turn them into the ToC. Can this be done within OmniOutliner? Any other suggestions?

Where will you need the ToC? Where will you insert it?
