performance on very large outlines with attachments

Hi --

I'm wondering if omnioutliner slows down significantly when the outline gets very large and includes a lot of RTF file attachments.

I love using it and want to keep all my ideas and relevant attachments in one huge outline, but I had a bad experience with large omnioutliner outlines 3 years ago, which made OO perform very, very slowly. Wondering if the newer version has been optimized at all for very large outlines.

You may notice some slowdown if you have hundreds of embedded attachments. If you're planning on having many attachments we recommend linking them instead of embedding them. You can link an attachment by dragging it into your outline and then holding down control before you drop it.
