How do I make it open all the tabs/windows I had open?

I just had to reinstall os x on my machine... I used to have omniweb set to open any windows and tabs that I had open when I previously quit OW. I can't figure out how to make it do that again - it just opens up a window with a blank page. How do I get it to save and reopen my tabs/windows?

At the bottom of that window, check "Auto-save while browsing"
