I upgraded to the 1.1 sneakypeak desktop app and then bought the iphone app off of the app store. On the desktop app, I set OmniFocus to sync to my WebDAV server. Then set the iphone to sync to the same WebDAV server, and it works like a charm. The iPhone app is beautiful.
$20 is a lot for an iPhone app, but in my view its worth it. The integration is smooth, and I really appreciate not having to go through MobileMe.
