Update OmniOutliner Via Email?

Any way I can set up the program to add items I send via email? Would be helpful when I remember something that needs doing while at my Mac-less office...

If you left Mail running on some machine back home you could likely create some rules that would trigger applescripts to add rows to an Outliner document. You'd simply need to send mail to yourself with some kind of command word in the message to activate the script.
