I'm ready, willing and able to purchase an iApp that syncs with OmniOutliner.

Why am I seeing THIS at the Apple iApp store?????

I am waiting for an outliner that syncs with the desktop before moving to the iphone. If omni can't make it and carbonfin or someone else does it first, I will use them instead. Carbonfin has an iphone app but no desktop app yet.

I'm surprised omni isn't more on the ball here.

OmniOutliner for the iPhone is something we've thought about but we don't currently have the developers to take on another app. Of course, if you or someone you know is a Cocoa or iPhone developer looking for work (http://www.omnigroup.com/company/jobs/), that could change. ;)

So just buy carbonfin, convert it to run with omni and you'll get both your iphone app and developer in one. They can't be making a lot of money yet so you could acquire them quite cheaply.
