Did you ever get this figured out?
I actually just figured it out this AM. The script does NOT work in Tiger (running 10.4.11) Installed on my laptop, which is running Leopard, the defer script works with no issues.

Just as an FYI, growl is a great program. I have my growl set up to alert me of incoming due tasks in OF, and I set the notification to "stick" on the screen. I simply click out of the notifications I have completed or don't feel like seeing. Great little program.

A Dream comes true!

I have been wishing for this for a long time. I think I even posted the question but, with no much success. Thanks a lot!!!

P.S. Forgot to add that it works perfectly for me.

I installed Growl and Curt's script works for me now too. Thanks again!

I've mentioned this before, but since you brought it up -- if you click on the OmniFocus icon in the notification, it will take you right to that task, which is very handy if you go with the sticky notifications.

Which notification style do you like best? I've been using Crystal, with the opacity turned down all the way.

As for the Defer thing, that's a continuing puzzlement for me. It works fine on my Macbook with 10.4.11, so long as I have focus on the main outline. I wonder what is different?

I've been using GrowlHUD by Niklas Brunberg. I'm not sure if it's installed by default or if I downloaded it separately (if it's not included, I probably got it from the Growl web site).

Just noticed this thread... CorgiGirl, if you happen to be having this issue, there's a new version out that should solve most problems. (Link here)
