Me too!
As a refugee from Daylite I would LOVE it if Omni did a CRM app.

The latest version of SugarCRM is looking promising, honestly I don't know that this is a market that people want to get into right now.
You have the big enterprise-focused services like SalesForce.com, and then you have Microsoft's inexpensive support and CRM system being adopted by many enterprise and small business users. The Mac market is usually either doing something bespoke with FileMaker Pro or using Daylight, and MarketCircle has been really churning out bad software lately. It was always overly complex for what it was, and personally I thought it suffered from scalability issues even in single-digits. tl;dr I'm sure Omni could do better, I just don't know that it's a market you would want to compete in. |
Sure yes! And I would love to have OmniCalendar for OmniFocus :)
BusyCal has served my needs well as an iCal replacement. Daylite 4 sure looks nice but I can't switch because I prefer OmniFocus' task management features. However, the contacts, pipelines, and multi-user capabilities are interesting... |
+1
Been looking for such a thing for a long time.... |
Daylite + OF
Why not use Daylite for accounts, contacts, opportunities and put tasks in Omnifocus?
