"Unable To Save Change" Error

Hello,
OmniFocus has suddenly started throwing the following error whenever I attempt to check off or create a new item. The same problem happened previously, as detailed in [URL="http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=22210"]this thread[/URL], but resolved itself before the root cause became clear. This is my setup: 1. Operating system: Mac OSX 10.7.2. 2. OmniFocus version 1.9.4 (v77.86 r157059). 3. Omnifocus.ofocus directory permissions are 0755. The owner and group appear to be correct (me and "staff", respectively). 4. The attached ZIP contains a screen grab of the error message, and the relevant messages from the Console log. You'd be better contacting the Omni Ninjas directly via Email or Phone. They don't always pick these issues up in the Forum.

Thanks for the tip Geoff. [URL="http://blog.chron.com/techblog/2011/09/want-to-really-repair-permissions-on-your-mac-try-this/"]Repairing the permissions[/URL] on my home directory seems to have done the trick.
It also fixed a few other anomalies, suggesting this was a Lion issue, rather than an OmniFocus issue. Cheers, Stephen |
