Very quick export question
 

I have a simple list that I would like to send to my mum have her tick various boxes and send back to me.

Unfortunately she is a PC user, so she doesn't have Omnifocus, and when exporting to Word both HTML and Word 2007, it doesn't have tickable status boxes.

Neither does plan html, nor do I want to get into creating an online form (way to over the top for my needs).

Can anyone recommend any ideas.

Thanks for the tip, but doodle doesn't really help me, I'm not scheduling an event I'm sending a symptoms check list for a medical condition.

So something like [URL="http://www.doodle.com/yr9dwu7ppkgrbx9q"]this[/URL] is of no use? Looks like an symptoms checklist tipped on its side to me...
