fine-tuning new context Perspective, to sort alphabetically

hi folks,

huge fan of omnifocus. in the new version, i've got the "work-focus2" perspective set up as shown in the image at http://bit.ly/rprDe .

QUESTION: how can i get the rows for the 3 tasks flagged in red next to each other? they obviously all start with "ORA" (the name of a project).

WHAT I'VE TRIED: in the preferences inspector, i have to group by context (so i see only work items) and i have to sort by project (so the priority 2 "waiting" items are together). i don't have any further sorting options left...

any help much appreciated!!

thanks,

n.a.

I'm not exactly clear about what you are describing. Can you please post an image that is not behind a shortened url and does not require downloading the file?

Sure, please see http://sites.google.com/site/omniperspectivequestion/ (The previous link was on mobileme, which apparently forces you to download jpgs instead of showing them in browser.)

In the site I just provided, you'll have to scroll horizontally to see the entire image. Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Why don't you only select the work projects folder in that perspective, then you can group by project and sort by name. You won't need to "burn" the grouping selector to narrow down the view.

Thank you x 100!! This solved it perfectly, and I like that the different priorities (projects) are now separated with the gray horizontal line - much easier to read.

This is huge ... thanks!!
