linked actions?
 

I'm a new user, and so would be very grateful for any help. Every first action beneath a project (in project view) seems to be linked to another action. That is, the action itself shows up as a link, and if I click on it, it opens a duplicate window. I've no idea why, and have deleted and recreated my database several times. It's getting a little frustrating.

This is now even the case with the default projects / actions that are pre-populated on a fresh install (e.g. "Watch the OmniFocus Quick Start video), and I don't remember this being the case initially.

Is there any way to "delink" an action? Alternatively, if my db is corrupt, how can a completely clean my system?
