How to Plan a College Curriculum ?

Im trying to make a plan for my college classes but its pretty daunghting, anyone have any suggestions, steps or advise on how to use omniplan for creating a study and curriculum plan?

In case you are interested in other options, I use OmniFocus and other apps. I'd be glad to outline my approach. Let me know.
