Unflagging only Ghosts out.
 

Hmm. This is weird since it does not behave the same with other tasks I have.

Unflagging a task does not turn off the flag completely. Only ghosts it and the task still remains in my Flagged list. Even after pressing cleanup.

Anything I'm missing?

You have a flag on the parent project. Children inherit parents flags.

Yep. You were right.
Was wondering if it was something like that. But forgot that the only way to see the parent project flagged on the iPhone is to actually click the EDIT button for the projects, and then navigate into the project's settings. You can't see the project being flagged when looking at the projects at a glance which lead me to assume flagging parent projects is not an option.
